RAMSS system upgrade from 12:01 a.m. on November 9 to 8:00 a.m. on November 14

RAMSS will not be available from 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2017 until 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 for a system upgrade. All other applications accessed through the my.ryerson portal will still be available.

Intermittent network access on October 15 and 22, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

On Sunday, October 15 and Sunday, October 22 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Computing and Communications (CCS) will conduct tests on network appliances. This may cause intermittent network access or poor network performance when trying to access Ryerson-hosted services from off-campus during these times.

D2L Scheduled Maintenance: Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m.

D2L will be performing system maintenance on Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. D2L servers will be available during this maintenance window. However, due to the nature of this maintenance, the D2L email tool will be intermittently unavailable between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.

During this period, users might experience delays or errors in sending/receiving emails, but no email will be lost. Also, the search functionality within LOR might return partial results for the duration of the maintenance window.
