RAMSS outage: Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 12:01 a.m. to Sunday, April 8, 01:30 a.m.

Due to an urgent system update RAMSS will be unavailable on Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 12:01 a.m. until Sunday, April 8, 01:30 a.m. Access to RAMSS and CS web services (Content 7, HR, RMS etc.) will be unavailable.

D2L Emergency Maintenance: Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 12:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

D2L’s Infrastructure teams need to perform Emergency Maintenance that is expected to take 2 minutes to complete. This maintenance is needed to remediate the identified SSL Certificate issue and it’s scheduled for Thursday, December 21, 2017 between 12:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. No maintenance pages can be posted as the device responsible for posting pages will be receiving the upgrade.

RAMSS system upgrade from 12:01 a.m. on November 9 to 8:00 a.m. on November 14

RAMSS will not be available from 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2017 until 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 for a system upgrade. All other applications accessed through the my.ryerson portal will still be available.

Intermittent network access on October 15 and 22, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

On Sunday, October 15 and Sunday, October 22 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Computing and Communications (CCS) will conduct tests on network appliances. This may cause intermittent network access or poor network performance when trying to access Ryerson-hosted services from off-campus during these times.
