RAMSS outage: from 11:50 p.m., Thursday, November 7 until 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2019

RAMSS will not be available from 11:50 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019 to 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 for a system upgrade. All other applications accessed through the my.ryerson portal will still be available.

D2L Brightspace brief outage on October 16, 2019 evening

There will be a 5-minute disruption to D2L Brightspace on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, anytime between 9:00 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.

D2L’s Infrastructure teams need to perform emergency maintenance that is expected to take 5 minutes to complete.

Possible user impact will be:

  • Logged in users may be kicked off if they are navigating in the site during the outage.
  • Users may not experience anything if they are on a static page.
  • User login attempts will fail, and users may receive a 500 error during login.

One-Stop Course Readings (Ares): upcoming outages

One-Stop Course Readings (Ares) will be unavailable for system maintenance on the following dates:
1. The Instructor Self-Service will be unavailable on April 25 between 4:00 p.m.and 5:00 p.m. Adding new readings during this time is not recommended as they will not be saved.
2. All the One-Stop Course Readings will be unavailable on April 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

RAMSS will be down for system maintenance and will be unavailable from 12:01 a.m., Saturday, March 30, 2019 to 1:00 a.m., Sunday, March 31, 2019.  Access to RAMSS and CS web services (Content 7, HR, RMS etc.) will be unavailable.
